Special medium for the cultivation of peripheral blood lymphocytes for chromosome evaluation with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) as mitogen, fetal bovine serum (FBS), L-glutamine and Pen/Strep as antibiotic.

Composition
The CytogenLympho medium is supplied deep-frozen and ready to use. It contains basal medium, pre-tested fetal bovine serum (FBS), phytohaemagglutinin as mitogen, L-glutamine, penicillin/streptomycin as antibiotic and phenol red as pH indicator. Thanks to the homogeneous "ready to use" formulation, technical errors and contamination risks in the culture are minimized.
