The Lymphocyte Separation Medium has been developed for the effective isolation of lymphocytes from peripheral blood, bone marrow and other cellular suspension samples.

The specific density of the medium (1.077 g/ml) enables clear separation of the lymphocytes from other blood cells. This leads to a high yield and purity of the isolated lymphocytes.
