Special medium for the cultivation of primary cultures of clinical human samples such as bone marrow, peripheral blood and T-cell lymphocyte cultures, without phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) as mitogen, fetal bovine serum (FBS), L-glutamine and Pen/Strep as antibiotic.

Composition
The Mitogen Free Medium is supplied frozen and ready to use. It contains basal medium, pre-tested fetal bovine serum (FBS), L-glutamine, penicillin/streptomycin as an antibiotic and phenol red as a pH indicator. Thanks to the homogeneous "ready to use" formulation, technical errors and contamination risks in the culture are minimized.
