Lymphogrow
Special medium for the cultivation of peripheral blood lymphocytes for chromosome evaluation with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) as mitogen, fetal bovine serum (FBS), L-glutamine and Pen/Strep as antibiotic.

Composition
Lymphogrow medium is supplied frozen and ready to use and contains basal medium, pre-tested fetal bovine serum FBS, phytohaemagglutinin as mitogen, L-glutamine and Pen/Strep as antibiotic and phenol red as pH indicator. The homogeneous "ready to use" formulation reduces technical errors and contamination of the culture.

CE marking means that our product fulfills the requirements of the European Commission Directive 98/79/EC.
However, each user must check (validate) the medium in their own environment before using it in the diagnostic routine to ensure that it is suitable under the specific local conditions.
