Composition
CytogenLympho II is supplied frozen and ready to use and contains basal medium, serum substitute, phytohaemagglutinin as mitogen, L-glutamine and Pen/Strep as antibiotic and phenol red as pH indicator. The homogeneous "ready to use" formulation reduces technical errors and contamination of the culture.
